The BCBA also works closely with the Program Director to develop programs, create materials for therapy, and prepare data for review and decision making. BCBA will also conduct individual therapy with clients. Reports to: Latino Leadership Executive Director and Program Director Responsibilities: Oversee client enrollment in ABA services Complete all new client clinical documentation within specified timeframe Conduct and Complete initial Assessment Develop Individualized Behavior Program and Master Treatment Plan Complete treatment plan reviews Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans(ITPs) under the direction of the behavior analysts/consultants Monitor IBPs monthly, document, and maintain summarized raw data Monitor individual’s progress, and make changes as needed Participate in Treatment Team meetings with program manager, other BA’s, shift supervisors and psychiatrist to coordinate services Complete all billing documentation related to service provision Assist office manager in ensuring that services are being provided according to service authorization Collaborate with a clinical leadership team to continuously improve the therapeutic model Supervise Associate Therapists and BCaBAs Build relationships with parents, the community, and local leaders Provide direct clinical services and consultative services Maintain a strong professional presence at conferences and within organizations, associations, publications, and other professional networks in the field Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards in the center Opportunity to be involved in research for publication Qualifications: PH.D./Psy.D./Master’s in Psychology, Speech Language Pathology, Special Education, Social Work, or related field required BCBA Certified At least two years of experience serving individuals with ASDs and other related disabilities Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior analytic therapies; preferred experience delivering these services Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred Experience building, leading, and managing a human service organization Significant experience with staff training and supervision Ability to create and present trainings/workshops for parents Record of success in previous positions as evidenced by excellent references Highly organized and detail oriented Technologically adept and enthusiastic Compensation and Benefits: Competitive compensation; commensurate with experience.
